You will stay in a villa surrounded by greenery, with swimming pool, large garden, vegetable garden and courtyard animals; you will prepare traditional local dishes with the products you have collected in the garden and, depending on the season, you will participate in the grape harvest, in the harvest of olives, chestnuts or mushrooms. If you want you can learn how to make perfumes at home, soaps or scented candles, according to the recipes of the past, handed down by our grandmothers and great-grandmothers, you will work ceramics with our skilled artisans or you can relax walking on the beach or swimming in the crystal clear and clean sea of our Costa dei Trabocchi, with its breathtaking views, small beaches with pristine sea, ancient villages and splendid abbeys. You will dine on a Trabocco, an ancient fishing machine whose origins are lost in history, letting you be lulled by the sea, savoring tasty fish dishes accompanied by the best wines of the area. By tasting the oil directly from the family oil mill, you will live a unique, authentic and unforgettable sensory experience. You will visit parks and hermitages, castles and sheep tracks – the ancient paths of the shepherds – learning the ancient peasant and pastoral arts. In a few kilometers you will pass from the blue of the sea to the green of the vineyards to the white of the ski slopes, in a perfect mix of relaxation, experiences, traditions and culture.

Free transfer from Rome airport: along the Autostrada dei Parchi, through suggestive mountains and rolling hills of Abruzzo, you will reach the wonderful Costa dei Trabocchi. Arrival at the villa. After settling in your room, you will meet the staff who will welcome you with an aperitif based on local products. The welcome dinner will follow: a traditional multi-course meal.
At the end of a hearty breakfast you will visit a small farm where, with your hands, you can make a healthy and light cheese and the pizza scime, a yeast-free focaccia, typical of the Abruzzo peasant tradition. The day will begin with a guided tour of Lanciano, a historic city famous for its medieval fairs and for the ancient Eucharistic miracle, very important for the Catholic religion: it is a host and wine turned into flesh and blood. Shopping in the streets of the center. Lunch in the villa.
In the afternoon you will visit a small winery, where you can enjoy the wine experience that will ignite all your senses: tour of the vineyards and the company, wine tasting with grapes from the area and tastings of cured meats, dairy products and other typical and tasty snacks. After breakfast, the second traditional cooking lesson will be held in which you will learn how to prepare handmade pasta in all its forms (pasta alla chitarra, sagnette, etc.), in addition to the famous and very tasty pallotte cace e ove. Together we will prepare a tasty multi-course meal that we will taste together, accompanying it with the wines of the area.
The afternoon will be free. You can choose whether to relax in the garden and by the pool, take a walk to the sea or visit one of the characteristic villages of the area or continue with the cooking class. Light dinner in the villa.
ou will visit the scenic Costa dei Trabocchi, with its small pebble coves, on foot or by bike. You will have lunch on the trabocco, a characteristic fisherman's house on stilts. In case of time-related impediments, lunch will be held in a characteristic fish restaurant along the Costa dei Trabocchi
In the afternoon you can choose how to spend your time, whether to relax in the villa, swimming in the pool, with relaxing massages, yoga or other. Light dinner in the villa.
In the morning we will go to the historic village of Guardiagrele, famous for its wrought iron, copper and gold craftsmen, where you can stroll and shop. You will taste the typical dessert: the “sise di Monache” with sponge cake and yellow cream. At the end of the tour a brewery where you will taste the craft beer and the "Arrosticini", a typical dish of Abruzzo cuisine, appreciated and known all over the world. These are skewers of about 25-30 cm of sheep meat (castrated or sheep), cut into small cubes of 1 cm per side, born from the pastoral tradition of the region.
In the afternoon the third cooking class will be held: you will learn how to prepare pizza. You will learn all the secrets to making a soft and perfect dough, you will prepare the various toppings and then you will cook in the wood oven. At the end of the lesson there will be a farewell dinner where you can taste the fragrant and tasty pizzas made with your own hands and prepared by our chef.
It's time to say goodbye: after breakfast we will accompany you to the airport for departure.
