Live the experience of staying in an authentic farmhouse. Discover the Abruzzo regional cuisine with its succulent typical dishes, cooking with the women of the house and using the oil from the mill, the homemade sauce during the summer and the garden products that you will personally collect. Appreciate the renowned wines of the Abruzzo hills directly from the producers
Arrival in the afternoon at the structure, an authentic farmhouse - Check in and accommodation in the structure - Welcome drink with tasting of farm products - Traditional dinner with local products.
You will be welcomed by Mrs. Pina in the family farm, which is an old farmhouse, renovated and furnished with traditional country furniture and decorations. After settling into the rooms, you can visit the company and its animals, stroll through the farmyard and pick up the products from the garden. The properties of medicinal plants and their uses will be explained to you.
This will be followed by a welcome drink and dinner with the company's food and wine products, according to the recipes of the local peasant tradition.
Breakfast - Cooking Workshop - Lunch - Visit to a Winery - Aperitif with tasting of the company's food and wine products - Dinner - Walk and short visit of Rocca San Giovanni.
The morning will be busy with the Abruzzo cooking lesson held by chef Silvano, who will teach us how to make some traditional Abruzzo dishes.
In the afternoon we will visit a winery and taste the company's wines and products.The evening will end with a dinner with traditional dishes in a romantic and characteristic restaurant and the view of the medieval village of Rocca San Giovanni, one of the most beautiful in Italy.

After harvesting the vegetables in the garden, we will move to the kitchen to make pasta alla chitarra, of ancient tradition and the tasty pallotte cace e where, that every good Abruzzo housewife must know how to prepare.
